Most of our deliveries to residential properties use our range of smaller trucks. Please measure and inform us if there is tight access on a site and we can evaluate which would be the best truck to send.
Most of our deliveries are tipped on the cross over or in your driveway which means there’s usually plenty of room. We will always try to tip your delivery where you request as long as it is safe to do so.
Our Hino 500 carries 5 cubic metres and is 2.7m wide, 2.5m high and 5m when tipping
The larger trucks are approximately 2.5m wide and require much more room. These are suitable for tipping in driveways or cross overs or where there’s plenty of room. With their trailers on they are approximately 20 metres in length and need quite a large area to move and manoeuvre. These are suited to large construction sites, acreage properties, horse arenas and other developments where there is plenty of access.
Please note we cannot tip under car ports, garages or where there are overhanging obstructions such as wires and tree branches.
Our drivers are quite experienced and will do their best to get the delivery to your requested area however this is at our drivers discretion. If they assess that the truck won’t be able to go where you want it to then they won’t drive it in there – For example on soft ground. The customer is liable for the removal of the vehicle from their property if it gets stuck so we always try to avoid putting our vehicles in places where this could occur.
